It’s time to break my own silence. You never know what people are going through so spread love and kindness. I battle with depression every day, but each day I choose to fight it, love myself, and have grace.  You can read more about my own personal journey with depression here.

Depression can look like a dark cloud over someone but can also be someone who jokes around all the time, makes people laugh, and is always smiling. Please check on your people. You may save their life.
