Behind the T:

I wanted to create a T shirt that embodied what it's like to battle with depression. This T shows a dark room with a child crying. That child represents you at your core. The adult hugging the child is you now. You're comforting yourself, your inner child, and providing the love and nourishment you need to overcome this dark place.
Protecting your inner child is important in finding happiness because who you are at your core is that little kid who just wants love, joy, and nurturing. Regardless of what you received as a child from others- it's never too late to provide yourself with what you may need.
